2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, and is built on WordPress. We have concluded a data processing agreement with IONOS pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
When you open the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in what are known as server log files, which your browser transmits (for example IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). This data is evaluated solely to ensure trouble-free operation, for security purposes and to improve our offering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
3. Cookies
Our website uses cookies. On your first visit our cookie notice asks for your consent. Technically necessary cookies serve only to keep the website working (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Any further cookies are set only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the cookies in your browser and reloading the page.
4. Contact by phone, email and WhatsApp
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, the data you provide (for example name, phone number, content of your enquiry) is stored and processed in order to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR).
For contact via WhatsApp we use the service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, a subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc. Please note that WhatsApp may match contact data such as phone numbers against servers in the USA or other third countries. 5. Google Maps
On our location pages we link to Google Maps so that you can find your way to our branches more easily. When you click such a link you leave our website and the privacy terms of Google Ireland Limited apply. Further information is available in the Google privacy policy.
6. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the „https://“ in your browser address bar.
7. Your rights
Within the limits of the law you have the right at any time to:

- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),

Personal data is stored only for as long as it is needed for the respective purpose or as long as the law requires (for example commercial and tax retention periods).
